Their live videos are always just what I need to keep filling my toolbox, and the Facebook groups are seriously the only reason I stay on Facebook. Not only did I lose 80 pounds, I got more than I ever dreamed becoming a FitMum, then an IronMum and also following the Strong Core program! I feel like life changing doesn’t do it justice! I read through just a few negative reviews and can tell that they have not tried to follow the programs! I’ve been a part of Fitfam for over three years and the other two for almost three! I still use every day what they have taught me, to maintain and live a happy, fit, healthy lifestyle! Not only do the programs really, really work, the amount of support was so unexpected and has made such a huge difference. I did have very high motivation to make a change, as it scared me to be struggling to meet the intense needs of my kids. I am a 51 year old mum of 4, 3 young adult children with autism, who was terribly overweight, anxiety was taking over, was struggling every single day to take care of my kids and myself, much less be a good wife or friend. Life changing programs and fabulous gear! Once I'm done with FitDad, I want to follow it up right away with IronDad without taking a break. My plan is to shed 5kgs as my eating hasn't been right and I've added a few kilos that need to go. It's been a couple of months since I did this, but I want to go back and do another round of FitDad. There are also several recipes posted in the group, and you can get new meal ideas to try out almost daily. I find it very motivating as you can ask questions and get replies from the other members who are also doing the program. By the 6th week, my fitness had improved significantly and I could do more burpees in less time, which was so amazing! They have a Facebook support group that is great if you are looking for support and to keep yourself accountable. When I started, I was struggling with burpees and could only manage 10 before I ran out of breath. At 90kgs, my main goal was not to lose weight but to tone a bit and get fitter.

I followed their simple eating plan for dads, but I wasn't strict with the eating and had several slip-ups. When you get FitDad, they also give you IronDad, which is mainly for strength, so you get two programs for the price of one. I did the FitDad program that was recommended by a friend.
